About Fried Bones
Retiring from the military was the best thing I could have ever done for me and my family and my wife Tonya was the first to remind me of my passion for cooking and making the best fried ribs in the south. After working in multiple restaurants and vending a variety of events, I made the leap and attended Helms College in Augusta, Georgia where I earned my degree in Culinary Arts - that's where "Fried Bones BBQ" was born.
